AGRATeR kick-off meeting
The kick-off meeting of the project “Extension of National Adaptation Geoinformatic System to the agri-sector (AGRATeR)” was held on 9 June 2015 in the Agricultural Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Martonvásár. The project is coordinated by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences - Centre for Agricultural Research. As part of the project research work will be performed to analyse the effects of climate change on the ecosystems of key agricultural sectors, such as crop production, forest and grasslands management. The aim of the project is to provide information about the expected effects of climate change and to determine the vulnerability of selected sub-systems and geographic areas in the agricultural sector. These results will form part of the NAGiS system.
